The Main Level

The main level has an open living area with direct access to a semi-enclosed patio that makes for easy indoor-outdoor living.

Upstairs

The upper level has a separate HVAC zone from the main level and features two spacious bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and walk-in closets. Also upstairs is a laundry area with a washer and dryer (included in the rent) and there is a linen closet in the hallway.

Storage and Maintenance

All exterior and interior maintenance is included in your rent – just reach out to your landlord with any issues.

The flooring throughout this townhome is neutral and works with almost any decor. All windows are dual-pane with one-click tilt-in function for easy cleaning on both sides of the glass.

Parking

There are two parking spaces assigned to this unit and residents are not allowed to park their cars in any other marked spot (including “Guest” spots) – a rule of the HOA that is enforced.

While three cars might fit into the two assigned spaces because they are both wide and next to each other, doing so would have to be done without impeding the use of any other adjacent parking space. The neighbors are quiet, long-term residents and their ability to use their parking spots should be respected at all times, including with respect to visitors’ use of guest parking spaces.

Terms

There is a $100 fee per application, which covers a credit check and background check and will be applied to the first month’s rent for the accepted applicant.

The monthly rent for this townhome in 2023 is $2,100 for a one-year lease, with one month’s rent as a damage deposit.

The Westwood HOA Homeowners/Renters Handbook is an integral part of the Lease as Exhibit A, and all residents must abide by the rules set by the Association at all times. Any fines or other recourse for infractions are to be borne by the Tenant. As an integral part of the Lease, repeated violations of the terms of the Handbook would constitute a Default of the lease and would be addressed accordingly as provided in the Lease.
