The “Public Rooms”

The Bedrooms

Storage and Maintenance

Parking
There are two parking spaces assigned to this unit and residents are not allowed to park their cars in any other marked spot (including “Visitor” spaces) – a rule of the HOA that is enforced. Visitors and guests may use the “Visitor” spaces.
The neighbors are quiet, long-term residents and their ability to use their parking spots should be respected at all times, including with respect to visitors’ use of guest parking spaces.
Terms
There is a non-refundable $50 fee per application, and each adult in the application needs to submit information to a third-party to conduct a credit check and background check.
The monthly rent for this townhome in 2026 is set at $2,000 for a one-year lease, with one month’s rent as a damage deposit.
The Westwood HOA Homeowners/Renters Handbook is an integral part of the Lease as Exhibit A, and all residents must abide by the rules set by the Association at all times. Any fines or other recourse for infractions are to be borne by the Tenant. As an integral part of the Lease, repeated violations of the terms of the Handbook would constitute a Default of the lease and would be addressed accordingly as provided in the Lease.
